Our Founder
Desiré LaBiche is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Incorporate Consulting Services (The INC Consulting), where she specializes in Human Resources and Branding Consulting to help organizations strengthen their people, processes, and presence.

Desiré holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. She is aPHR and SHRM-CP certified, has completed a Consulting Certification, and is a graduate of the Google Project Management program.
With this blend of academic excellence and professional training, she has successfully built HR and Marketing departments from the ground up, guided businesses through compliance and workforce development, and shaped impactful brand strategies.
Her experience spans startups, healthcare, retail, nonprofits, and government contracting, giving her a versatile perspective on organizational growth and transformation. Beyond consulting, she has spent over five years supporting nonprofits through annual reports, marketing initiatives, and strategic planning, and is also the co-founder of S.O.U.L. Outreach Services Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to serving others with unconditional love.
